For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. How do I add multiple signers?

    I want them to sign the same document in different places. The add a signer seems to be missing. I do not want everyone to be person 1. I need person 1, 2 and 3

    Thanks for requesting help with use, on the same page that you send on the screen shot, add the first signer, then use TAB or SPACE to add another email as signer.

  3. Hi - I've noticed that the "Backspace" key nor the "Delete" key are affective when attempting to edit the message box prior to sending a document for signature. Makes this theing a type-writer, effectively... Please look into this!

  5. Your new signing system isnt very good - it doesnt remember email addresses from history like it used to, and now signing takes longer as you can't just drag and drop signatures and dates - you need to select signature and then type of signature - wasting clicks

  6. Your e-sign process could use some updating. I have documents that I need two people to sign (spouses) but only one email address. I should be able to assign each signature request to a specific person (like docu-sign allows) to make this part of your sofware more user friendly.

  9. When I try and send docs for signing, I get the following message: Access token provided is invalid or has expired. I have a paid subscription and should be able access this service. I recently downgraded from a Business Package and am wondering if this has anything to do with it (same email address)

  10. When sending a document for signatures, the system keeps automatically highlighting multiple fields that I don't want highlighted. I need three signatures and dates but the system makes me delete 40 other fields that are automatically marked before I can send it.

  11. I recently would log into my Adobe Sign account and it would take me directly to the form. Now it takes me to this Adobe tools page I care nothing about and wastes my time while I find the Sign tool.

  14. Hello,
    I am a tax preparer. I use "Request Signatures" to send tax returns to clients for e-signature. I always password protect the document. But I recently learned that the recipient does not need to enter a password to view and e-sign the document. PW is only required to view the completed/ signed document. This is a major security issue for me. How can I password protect the document?

  17. New adobe sign interface is awful!!!!! How do I know create a web form? Was so easy on the old sign. Even the tutorial on your own website for this shows the old interface. Its very very frustrating!!!!

  18. Adobe customer service is a joke. You keep changing the "user experience" for adobe sign, and each time you take away functionality that the community has said -- time and again -- that we absolutely need. The "manage agreements" view is absolutely essential to most of our workflow. And you keep taking it away!

  20. It needs to be easier to send a template document for signature. It used to be very quick and simple. Now you have to go to documents>templates>[click a template]>use template OR documents>all agreements>[status changed to library document]>Search specific fields>[find the template>send.
    This just isn't suitable.
    It is nonsensical to not be able to select a template when you click any of the 'Request Signatures' or 'Fill & sign' options throughout the site.

    Very frustrated at how bad this UI and user journey is.
