Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. YOU CHANGED THE APP SO BAD!!! I can no longer "forward: to another person, the same group of files and wording that I sent to another person previously. This really renders your app useless to me, because now I must rewrite the introduction each time. ????

  3. Hi, My name is Judith. I have a file that i need to delete permanently and I can not do it. I need help. It contains information of students and it is not safe to have it in this account. Please help me delete it permanently. The name of the file is the death of the salesman. It has all the emails of people added to it. Not good. Email me at sdccdcollege@yahoo.com with instructions on how to delete the file permanently and all my files as well. I also want to make sure no one can retreave the file…

    Hi Judith,

    To delete any file:

    1) Navigate to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/files/

    2) select the file you want to delete. You will see a board will oepn on right hand side having delete option.

    3) Select delete and a confirmation dialog will open up.

    4) Select delete again and file would be deleted permanently


    To delete multiple files, first, choose all the files you wish to remove and then click on the delete option located in the right-hand side panel. Please be aware that you cannot delete shared and personal files simultaneously. However, you can delete all shared files at once and likewise for personal files.

    To delete shared file, follow above steps.

  4. I find doing simple things, like uploading my tax documents, and then emailing them to my accountant, too difficult to navigate.

    I don't use Adobe frequently so it takes me a long time to figure out a simple thing like sending documents

    Thanks for your patience. We are glad to let you know that the issue reported by you has been addressed. We request you to please try out the experience again and let us know if issue is fixed for you.

    It would be great if you can try on incognito mode or any other browser, where you have not used Acrobat earlier.

  6. EARLIER I CAN FIND HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE SEEN FILE EVEN IF I SHARE LINK, NOW DAYS THAT FACILITY IS NOT FOUND, OR I MAY NOT BE ABLE TO FOUND. PLEASE INFORM

  9. This new interface is absolutely awful. I have had nothing but trouble and I can't even figure out when something has uploaded with another item. Boy, have you ever taken a gem of a program and made it difficult to use. I'm afraid that I am going to have to find another cloud share program as I am not going to be able to waste any more time.

    We’ve added a Share Files and Send for Review quick start buttons in DC Home to make it easier to upload and send files.

  10. I do not like this newer version of Adobe Pdf Send!! The previous version was so much better and easier to use. The Send & Track Button has disappeared, you can no longer put a Company logo on the delivery email to recipient and it seems you have to attach multiple files a longer winded way, rather than just drag and drop files, add a title, email address and then Send. Files also when uploading seem to error so it takes several attempts to actually send. Please sort it out!!!
