Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

The UserVoice feedback pages are for feature requests and bug reports only. If your submission is not a product feature, suggestion or product question, it may be removed. Only upload content that you have permission to use and refrain from posting personal information (home address, phone number, email address, serial number, or credit card information).   2. Just downloaded the app. This is exactly the same as the web version. Literally the exact same. you even have a link to “get the app“ IN the ******* app. The login is just as onerous as the web version and the navigation is awful.

    Hi David,

    The Acrobat Web app https://documentcloud.adobe.com in mobile browser redirects you to download the Adobe Sign mobile app in certain flow. We will look into improving the experience.

    In the meantime, you can use Request Signatures within Acrobat Web on tablet or desktop browser.

  3. I am having some problems with the new Adobe Sign interface. If I switch on “Adobe Sign Manage” in the “For Signature” tab, it all works fine – at least, it works until the session times out. A pop-up message appears saying my session has timed out and asks me to click OK to refresh the session. This is where things go wrong.

    The Adobe Sign Manage iframe gets blocked with a Chrome sad face page icon on a grey background. The console shows the following error and warning:

    Refused to frame 'https://ims-na1.adobelogin.com/' because it violates the following…

  4. You can't delete multiple review files at once. If you click one's check box it gives you an option to delete off to the right side. If you click another one that goes away and says "we can't combine, export, or create new files from shared items at this time" I'm just trying to delete them. It's a pain to delete so many at once and I don't want to clear all of them either.
