For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. It should be possible to edit prefill data after agreement is sent (but before it is signed) or copy prefill data to new agreement. For example, if I spend 30 minutes typing in the exact services offered on an SOW, and then send the agreement but the client doesn't like the terms of the SOW, I should be able to edit the SOW instead of having to start from scratch. At a minimum, it should be possible to copy an agreement to another agreement (as opposed to editing the original one), where the original agreement's prefill data is available to…

  2. I wish it were possible to update the underlying document when editing signable fields. For example, if I spend 3 hours creating the perfect signable document, and then I detect an error in the underlying document, I don't want to have to spend 3 hours creating the perfect signable document again...I would like to be able to just replace the underlying document.

  3. Hi I am using Adobe acrobat pro DC and while sending documents for e-signature, I am not able to set deadline while requesting signature. can you help me with that?

  4. When using the Request Signatures Tool, it would be much better to go straight back to the add signer page instead of having to go back to the home page and selecting request signatures again. When you completing a high volume of invoices its two extra steps that aren't really needed

  5. Do you know how annoying it is that if the page limit is exceeded the entire email and attachements drop!
    Why is there also a page limit?
    I though you guys were the best at this.

  7. I think there is a glitch in the "Anyone" fields. I am sending an agreement for signature by three people and making one field required, but fillable by anyone. I'd expect that means the document will be circulated and anyone can complete that field, but it won't be considered fully signed until/unless one of the signers completes the field. Instead, it's forcing me, as the Prefill party, to complete that field.

    Apologies for reverting status back to Under Review, after carefully reviewing your comment I think you are looking for past reminders sent in History tab, we still don’t have this feature and have provided feedback to our team to look into this

  10. After I send a document to be signed I can not click "send another document" as in previous versions of this website. I can only click "track Agreement" I have to go to home and then to apps and then "send for signature" its a real pain that didn't use to happen.

  12. Is it no longer possible to create widgets?
    I haven't been able to find out how to do that on the new interface.

  13. Adobe Sign confirmation emails say "signed and Filed!" This is confusing verbiage for a law firm retaining clients, since "filed" typically means lawsuit was filed.

  14. It would be helpful if I could select multiple files that have been sent out for signature and apply one reminder to all of them.

  15. It would be really helpful if I could upload an address book that would be stored of my contacts and their email addresses.

  16. If there's no prefill, why do you make us go through a screen to "Send" the document after we've already tried to send it?

    Where's the MegaSend function?

  19. In the newest version, specifically for e-signature, you need to add the area to allows the document to come back to the sender password protected. IRS regulations require that documents be password protected.

    We can send it out to the client with a password, but it no longer has the option to add a password when it comes back from Adobe saying the signatures are completed. I had to chat with one rep and call and speak to another to get it reverted to the old version in the app. Which I prefer to use my browser and no longer…

  20. Many problems lately:
    1. I rename a document to remove a SIN number before sending it out to be signed, and after hitting send it reverted back to the original file name sharing sensitive information! Happened multiple times.
    2. I send a document out to be signed and somehow the names and locations of the signatures get switched or mixed up after I hit send, after reviewing multiple times, this has happened with several clients.
    3. Bring back the option to review before sending an e-signature, that window pop up needs to clearly be brought back as so many issues…
