For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. In the past 30 days or so, the "send a document to be signed" function of Document Cloud has become completely unreliable. When I click to open that program (approximately 60% of the time) it simply comes up as a blank screen (with the document cloud logo in the upper left). I have clients who are relying on getting contracts out on a speedy basis, I cannot keep "checking back" every 10 minutes to see if a program is working again.

  4. The new manage for Sign is terrible. Before you had access to everything on one screen so that you didn't have to click back and forth to get an overview of what was going on. The old view was also much clearer with everything in its own section, now everything is lumped together and much more confusing.

  6. Dear Adobe, you suck!

    Seriously there is no way to send reminders and I have to click 3 times to see what is still to be signed. Way less information available at a glance.

    We will seriously consider changing provider and we cannot be alone in this. This designed is UTTER ****.

  7. The platform is nearly unusable. The desktop application and the online user experience has absolutely gone down the toilet. Everything use to be so simple and easy with Adobe Echo Sign. I am contemplating switching to docusign because the online version won't load properly.

  8. I don't like the new format. I used to be able to see how many were out pending signature. Is there a way to do that now? If so, it needs to be easier to find. Also, previously I could replace a signer. I can't locate how to do that with the updates.

  9. You have turned "Sign" into a completely FUBAR product. In order to add a signer before sending, I have to cancel the entire project and start over? Who the **** designed this? A learning disabled chimpanzee? This SUCKS

  11. How are we able to remind signers if the agreement has already been sent? Please advise. I prefer an all encompassing viewpoint and this new layout doesn't accommodate. Thanks.

  14. This new interface is pretty terrible. Not happy with our purchase at all so far.

    The Adobe Sign experience is now so much more difficult. I want to just delete a draft document and am unable to do so and it is really difficult to manage and access the signing experience.

  15. Revert back to the original version immediately this is the worst update of any product that I have ever experienced. You have quite literally made all functions impossible to find. Whoever cleared this update for public release should be sacked immediately. No word of a lie I spent almost an hour trying to find my templates and then the same again working out how to send them out. This would have taken 2 min on the old set up. Adobe U SHOULD BE ASHAMED...…………… I am now looking for another product to deal with signatures and document management......

  16. Hi guys, for the adobe sign part, I really don't like the new look, is there a way to go back to the old version, as it was much easier to navigate who signed what form etc. Now its very difficult.

  17. Document cloud is way worse than any other document signing software. You removed the recipients names from the list ... Why remove data??? And now I cannot delete completed documents .... Why remove features??? So now I have to search through 80 documents individually just to find out who I sent documents to rather than glancing over the list, plus the more I use this terrible software the more documents I am going to have to go through. I just do NOT understand why you would remove features and data?????????????????????????????????

  18. Wieso werde ich bei Anmeldung zu AdobeSign 3x(!) nach meinem Passwort gefragt? Das geschieht nicht nur hier, sondern auf verschiedenen Adobe-Anwendungen, die über die Creatice Cloud verknüpft sind. Nach dem ersten Anmeldebildschirm erfolgt eine Weiterleitung auf eine weitere URL (hier Echosign) mit erneuter Passwort-Abfrage, von da geht es zu documentcloud.adobe.com mit der dritten Eingabe. Das ist nicht vertrauenerweckend für ein Portal zum digitalen Vertragsmanagement! Bitte dringend ändern.

  19. Please allow to revert to previous experience.

    Also I'm missing the ability to upload a separately signed agreement.

    The filters are not persistent.

  20. Once a document is signed, there is no longer a button to Send another document or go to the Manage agreements. You have to go the long way back to Document Cloud then E-Sign. Its a time waster.
