inconsistent loading/working
In the past 30 days or so, the "send a document to be signed" function of Document Cloud has become completely unreliable. When I click to open that program (approximately 60% of the time) it simply comes up as a blank screen (with the document cloud logo in the upper left). I have clients who are relying on getting contracts out on a speedy basis, I cannot keep "checking back" every 10 minutes to see if a program is working again.
