Some information on site doesn't show

It does not show the answers when I'm on chrome in a regular browser, but it does show if I go to an incognito browser. I turned off all of my extensions thinking that would potentially cause this, and it still didn't show after refreshing. Keyboard shortcut for "add text comment"
