3. I deleted Adobe on IPad (IOS) and my files stored locally disappeared (all those stored in the “acrobat” file). Can I retrieve them ?

5. Search within a Portfolio

   I’ve created a portfolio of 230 PDFs and put it on my iPad. When I use the search tool (magnifying glass) the results always display 0. Can’t find file names, descriptions, keywords... absolutely nothing! Totally frustrating and useless.

6. Two fingers scrolling while at drawing mode for iPad

   It would be very handy to be able to scroll with two fingers while drawing without having to go back and click done with the pen. It’s time wasting and irritating to have to tick the pencil icon in order to be able to scroll after adding a hand written comment.

7. Unable to open pdf mail attachment in acrobat on ipad pro after ios13 update

   Trying to open it i found acrobat reader not listed anymore in ‘suggested app’ section, also tried opening pdf files from other apps, same result.
   Oddly enough i found it working on my iPhone though....
   Both operating on ios 13.1

11. Application crash while viewing somewhat large pdf files

    I work at construction sites and the mechanical engineering drawings are supplied in pdf format. Recently I have experienced and issue where the app crashes while viewing the files. It seems to happen when I zoom in or scroll the file fast. The PDF files are opened and stored in document cloud. The files are very large in actual size, about a meter tall and couple meters wide, containing detailed drawings and plans. They are also mark with apple pen for remarks and corrections. Because of information security I can’t post any plan files to test with.

    I’ve tried uninstalling the app and also rebooting the device.

    I’m running 6th gen iPad with iPadOS 13.1. Adobe version 19.19.02

15. Adobe PDF Pack subscription not working

    Unable to use features of Adobe PDF Pack - Doc creator (edit, create, & combine files) although I have paid and have previously been able to access these features. I am now prompted to subscribe to Adobe Acrobat Premium.

    When trying to restore purchases, I received an error that purchases were made with a different Apple ID (though I was signed in to the one associated with the subscription) and that it was unable to connect to the iTunes store. After reinstalling the Adobe Acrobat Reader app (for iOS) I now receive the error that “no purchases were restored”.

    I have now cancelled my subscription, but as I am not able to use the services that I have already paid for I am requesting a refund for the amount paid for the past month. I already tried requesting a refund through apple, but it “did not meet the conditions for a refund”.

16. Can’t attach to outlook

18. Chose a folder to move

    When you want to move a file, it is not practical to have to scroll through the entire list of folders and files. An alphabetical index would already be a noticeable improvement. But why not limit the list to only folders, as in previous versions? It would be much more ergonomic!
