Adobe Acrobat freezes at start up. I’ve deleted and reinstalled but it continues to freeze at start up

My Adobe Acrobat Reader App on my IPhone is frozen and will not open docs that had scanned from Adobe Scanner App. Blank screen with an “A” Symbol

Hi,
We fixed an issue like this in early October. However, there is still a known Apple iOS bug where this occurs in older versions of iOS (< 11.3). For those users, powering off the device and powering it back on will fix the issue. Additionally, updating the OS helps as well.
