Invalid function for Acrobat export to PDF

I have paid the good money NTD720 for one year for Acrobat export to PDF valid to 2019/05/17. But I couldn't use it via my IPad, please kindly help.

I have checked that you have purchased the Adobe Export PDF service.
Could you please confirm if you can use the service on your desktop application?
