Adobe PDF Pack subscription not working
Unable to use features of Adobe PDF Pack - Doc creator (edit, create, & combine files) although I have paid and have previously been able to access these features. I am now prompted to subscribe to Adobe Acrobat Premium.
When trying to restore purchases, I received an error that purchases were made with a different Apple ID (though I was signed in to the one associated with the subscription) and that it was unable to connect to the iTunes store. After reinstalling the Adobe Acrobat Reader app (for iOS) I now receive the error that “no purchases were restored”.
I have now cancelled my subscription, but as I am not able to use the services that I have already paid for I am requesting a refund for the amount paid for the past month. I already tried requesting a refund through apple, but it “did not meet the conditions for a refund”.
