I have a e-statement of my phone bill from Singapore Singtet service provider. I could never print the statement from the first page to last (usually 3 to 4 pages). But if I start printing from Page 2, it is OK. It had been like this since 4 years ago when I had my first MacBook Air. Recently bought the latest Air and is still having this problem.
I downloaded another PDF reader, and there is no problem printing from page 1.
It is regardless of printer and/or printer drivers, - tried changing diff printers from HP to Epson to Cannon. Same doc can be printed from Windows.
