For a new feature request:

For a new bug:

  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. the app is kinda broken

    It's good but every now and then I get a notification about an error even though nothing is wrong, and it randomly says that it will lose it's progress even though I'm not reloading page!!! >:(

  3. Drive files not opening directly after clicking

    From Drive, the Adobe Reader used to open up directly when I double clicked on a file. From today it is now taking me to an intermediary step after double clicking the pdf file, which explains how to open a file, and then asks me to select the file again from a G-Suite integration button? This seems like a step backwards in usability from what was happening up until yesterday?

  4. Issues with Functionality

    Each time I try to save a new file within a document, and attempt to save it - I am left with a "Something went wrong" Message. I need to be able to add additional files for my work, and Adobe online has been a real let-down lately. The app doesn't even function as it should since you guys last updated it. It freezes after sending signatures, won't open files. It is super frustrating.

  6. Comments in Adobe Acrobat for Google Drive lacking full functionality

    The Comments panel in Adobe Acrobat for Google Drive lacks features compared to the desktop version (Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. The Google Drive variant only provides Reply/Edit/Delete options, and does not have the ability to view comments that are marked as resolved. Whereas the DC version includes sorting, filtering and export options.
    The Adobe Acrobat for Google Drive Comments features should be brought in line with the Reader DC version at a minimum.

    Me gustaría que el resaltado fuera contínuo. Me pasa que cada renglón que resalto me abre la ventana del comentario y solo quiero resaltar lo que voy leyendo para estudiarlo después, no para hacer un comentario en cada línea.

  8. Copy pasting issue

    When copy pasting, the spaces between words are removed. This does not happen when openning the pdf in the browser without adobe.

    This extension seems to encounter an error every time I try to open a file from Google Drive! I cant open anything!

  14. Stamps

    It's been good, though occasionally I get an error at the end and it won't save and I loose what I've done.
    Stamps need to be added to the Google Drive version of Adobe. We use those, and it would save us extra steps to download to add a stamp (specifically the Dynamic stamps) and then upload it again.

  16. Normal color cannot be recovered

    Colors are inverted and cnnot be recovered. The new button for inverting colours disappears and the default setting is now invert colors. The background is black and characters are white. I want to change back to normal colors.

  17. Need certificate-based (i.e. CAC based) signatures!

    The one thing I need to do in Google Drive is certificate-based (i.e. CAC based) signatures from within Google Drive. That seems to be the one thing I can't do... sigh

  19. Weak comment tools in GD/Acrobat

    For adobe reader for google drive, the "comment" tools no longer include rectangles, circles, ovals, or connected line shapes. Just not very useful without them. They are nicely present in the left sidebar of win desktop acrobat; sadly missed in the left sidebar of google drive acrobat

  20. Missing feature

    Why does the Add Content Image only have access to either the root drive folder or shared drive and not resent documents or starred documents?

    It is very inconvenient to have to manually navigate an entire (shared) drive.
