BUG: Adobe AR DC 2020.009.20074 - Inconsistent Error Converting PDF to Excel
Windows Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2020.009.20074 inconsistently fails to convert our PDF data to a viable Excel file. When it fails instead of creating an All-Borders grid around the data, it will create a Picture of the border box and clump the data together in a jumble below.
As we use macro's to manipulate the converted data, this obviously presents a problem to us.
We have captured some files during the conversion process, and made a Word conversion of our data to check it - and what we found makes us wonder where this may be coming from.
Process Step:
- Download PDF file form company server
- Open in Adobe AR DC and convert to Excel
- Save excel file and use as basis for data shaping
Please refer to the attached files.

This is causing delays in our data shaping process and we presently cannot narrow this down enough to catch in the macro process.
Can you advise?

Still experiencing issues with this problem.
Still hoping for some resolution here.
I was told this site gets attention from Adobe as a Support forum.
