Allow you to create your own highlighting colour toolbar, to allow you to colour coordinate your work in colours of your preference, not just those available in the current highlighting options. Adobe should allow you to choose, for example, up to 4 colour shades, that you can make readily available in the colour tool bar as opposed to having to constantly change your default colour.
