Zoom to Page level and Page down go exactly a page
When in "Zoom to Page Level" view the Page Down and Page Up must go exactly one page. Currently in Adobe Reader 2023.001.20143 it is roughly 97% of page height. It was good in Adobe Reader XI.

It was this behaviour 10 years ago. Adobe Reader XI latest version was behaved well. The Adobe Reader was updated to version 2023 and now it is bad again.
