Bookmarks Don't Scroll with Mouse Wheel
In the Bookmarks pane, the mouse wheel does not scroll like it should (and used to). Windows 10 and Windows 11 machines are affected, with both Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

When dealing with files that are hundreds or thousands of pages long, the ability to scroll through the bookmarks is so important. Please fix!
