How to quickly and safely launch an AI project in 2025?
Hi! I am currently working on launching a small AI project for internal analytics in my company. The goal is to reduce the time it takes to process data and improve the accuracy of forecasts. Our team is small, our budget is small. I tried to build an MVP myself, but I can already see that it will take months, and the result is zero. I want to find a solution to make a high-quality prototype without large investments and not waste time. Has anyone already gone through this path? What do you recommend: doing everything in-house or looking for partners?
