Summary: The vertical scrollbar indicator no longer appears in any PDF, even when “Enable Scrolling” is turned on and Windows 11 is set to “Always Show Scrollbars.”

Details:
I'm using Acrobat Reader version 2025.001.20531 on Windows 11. Since updating, the scrollbar is missing in all PDFs, even in "Enable Scrolling" mode with 100% zoom and light theme. This issue breaks usability:

I cannot quickly drag to navigate.

I cannot tell where I am in the document while quick scrolling.

The middle mouse button allows fast scrolling, but with no scrollbar, I lose orientation.

“Touch Mode” is not available in this version, so I cannot disable that.

This behavior is inconsistent with prior versions, which had a working scrollbar.

System Settings Confirmed:

Windows 11 Accessibility > Visual Effects > “Always show scrollbars” is ON

Acrobat is restarted and running in default UI settings

The issue persists across all PDFs

You know what else a bit infuriating? Trying to submit this bug into a 3.5 line box
