Acrobat shows the document’s internal Title metadata in the tab instead of the actual file name. This confuses users and can unintentionally expose old draft names or client details. From a user experience perspective, this behaves like a bug - users always expect to see the file name they saved, unless they explicitly choose otherwise, and unless the file owner explicitly chooses to permit exposure of that metadata
