The small up and down arrow buttons (▲ and ▼) at both ends of the vertical scrollbar have disappeared in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Additionally, the scrollbar thumb (the draggable slider) is not immediately visible when opening large PDF documents. It only appears after a few seconds.

This behavior affects large PDF files and makes document navigation less convenient.

Troubleshooting already attempted:

Enabled "Always show scrollbars" in Windows 11 Accessibility settings.

Checked Acrobat display size settings.

Restarted Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Checked for available updates.

None of these steps resolved the issue.

Expected behavior:

The vertical scrollbar should display its up and down arrow buttons, and the draggable scrollbar thumb should be immediately visible when opening a PDF.

Please investigate whether this is a regression or an intentional UI change in the current version and provide a solution to restore the previous scrollbar behavior.
