Dobrý den,
při otevření dokumentu se text nezobrazuje správně, jako dříve. Dnes se celý den zobrazuje takto (viz příloha). Pokud byste mi uměli pomoci s případným přenastavením, kontaktujte mě prosím na vojtech.toms@gmail.com

Consistent overcharing to customer
Can you tell me how I can lower my monthly costs with your system.
It is ridicuously expensive to be paying you $24 /month for paper.

Poor quality of software
There were numerous issues:
1) When I launched merge too it indicated it couldn't be used until fully installed. There were 7-8 popups that required me to hit OK for and they were the exact same message. It took 5-10 mins until I could use the tool but no progress notification.
2) I tried to merge several PDFs together and when completing the process it indicated a failure but no reason for it.
3) I then tried an online tool and got a similar issue but it indicated that the failure was because the PDFs contained editable fields.

Stop interrupting my use of Acrobat with "useful" tips, product upsells, and asks for feedback.
I bought your product, I use it, if I don't like it I'll stop using it. That's my business and I don't owe you feedback just because I bought the product. Hire your own "user groups" for feedback and stop interrupting my productivity. If I have questions about the product I'll use the help tools, I don't need to be distracted with what you deem are "useful" tips.
And why do you say "if possible please provide the URL where you are facing the issue"…

Default zoom in browser
A ton of my workflow involves opening PDFs in a web browser. I should be able to set a default zoom, ie fit to page. Every time I open a PDF in chrome it opens it so dang small. I know there's a default zoom setting in the desktop app but there isn't one I can find in chrome.

Take it back to the previous version
Whatever has been done to this has made it so much worse. PDFs used to open immediately and I was able to search and find what I needed in a PDF straight away. Now, when I open a PDF it loads like I'm on dial up, and when I search it may give initially give me a result saying "1 of 2" or something like that when I know for a fact there are at least 20 mentions of what I'm searching in the PDF.
Just take it back to the previous version of Acrobat in Chrome, there wasn't anything…

Chrome extension
The chrome links do not always work or they trigger anti-virus software. I cannot seem to remove it myself so this is very frustrating

Allow change to default font. Forcing the use of APTOS on machines that do not have it native on their local machines causes bad times.
Give users to option to download/install the font and enable it on local machines.

Quite disappointed. I use pdf's most days; and thought that it would be a good idea to sign up to Adobe. Before, if I clicked on the Acrobat icon, the pdf file opened immediately. But now I click, and have to wait for the website to open and then for the document to be found and eventually opened. It may only be minutes, but it causes an annoying slow down in my workrate as I have to sit and watch the wheels go round when I want to be studying the document. I do not want to lose Acrobat, but…
