You can improve Adobe by making it braindead how to print a mixed batch of Legal and letter documents on the correct paper.

in Chrome it always defaults to save to Downloads. Previous Chrome Viewer would allow saving to a folder, and remember this.
When saving the PDF it always reverts to "Downloads" When using the PDF viewer in Chrome, it would allow me to change the save to another folder, and all subsequent PDF's would save to the same folder. Important when I'm viewing and saving multiple PDF Invoices. Too many steps now to save to the folder I want...

Usability disasters
Whenever Adobe Acrobat opens in the browser, the "Welcome to use Acrobat" sidebar remains on the left side, which annoyingly takes up space and must be closed separately. Every single time!
Also, Chrome's address bar is cluttered with "chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/" at the beginning of the URL, so copying the link is tricky.
It's shocking how such usability disasters have been left in the product.

Stop making the tools automatically open on the side tab. It takes up half the screen and I have to close it every single time.

There are caching problems in which i cannot hit back and always have to resubmit all of the sudden. The older extension was more stable. Also, make stable for brave browsers (chromium)

Acrobat on the web runs very slow and freezes my entire Chrome panel when in use.

Printing setting functionality portrait to landscape issue
Why is it that Adobe will not let me print a document to one page in landscape even when I select to use system dialogue landscape. Printing my document in portrait prints two pages no matter what I do and there does not seem to be a setting that will allow me to tell Adobe to use landscape.

File conversion
I started in the morning around 9:30am to convert a PDF to a Microsoft Word document. It is now 8:45 pm and the file conversion is not complete. I have tried to stop the program without any success. I am seriously frustrated.
I started my subscription yesterday. I want to cancel it now, if I can't even convert single file.12 votes
