  1. Where is the total page number in this new Acrobat in-browser navigation? Why did you remove it from the top menu bar which is entirely inconsistent with the desktop application and your previous views. The up- and down- arrows on the right lower corner is unintuitive and frustrating still after having this for a few weeks now.

  2. Why this Tools panel comes open always I open a file in chrome extension? It is too annoying? If I have closed it once, can't u guys remember this setting? I am going to uninstall this extension; done with it :(

  3. I wish users are enabled to be able to create and manage their own book marks. There are so many documents out there where a PDF book mark were not created. However the document has a TOC included at the begining. There should be a means for the user to be able to use this and create bookmarks that are saved to user profile / cookies.

  7. It's too busy.
    I don't use Chrome to edit documents. The only thing I really need to do is delete the highlights coworkers place on the document from another program and print the thing.
    I also don't want to create an account, or use my existing account, when I'm at work.
    I didn't even want to do that to post this comment, but I had to.

  9. please give "copy text" to right click context menu, when selecting text showing "copy text" is very confusing, give us it like windows default, because we are always right click to copy text after selecting, because that's how we are used as a habit, so now it is bad user expeience in this tool.

  11. Sehr lange Ladezeit, es dauert ewig, bis das PDF Dokument geladen ist, scheinabr wird im Hintergrund online eine Verknüpfung und Anmeldung mit dem Adobe Pro Konto erstellt. Es ist unfassbar langsam und nervif, wo kann man das abstellen! ich will meine Schnelligkeit wieder erlangen!!!

  12. Right now in order to print a page, I need to go to the "more menu" and then select the print function. It would be nice to add a print icon shortcut directly to the toolbar

  13. There is no hand tool. Major fail. Also, stop asking me to rate/provide feedback when I've already done that. And the popup on the right side asking me to log in every single time I open a document to print is super annoying and disruptive.

  14. DeltaWiFi.com is a protected way to log in to your WiFi network. It uses a private key to encrypt your login information, and it sends the encrypted information to the delta server. The delta server then reaches the encrypted information to the stored login information. If the encrypted information matches, the delta server grants access to the user.

  16. It would be excellent to have chrome open pdfs in Adobe automatically. I am trying to make it my default when opening files in browser but through teams. Currently when I open in browser it takes me to the file in chrome but not through adobe even though I have the extension enable.

    The options on chrome/sharepoint pdf viewing are so much more limited than through adobe acrobat so I'd like this to be the default please.

  17. Not being able to print happens on every single PDF that it opens. Having one of my URLs is irrelevant. Also, there is no error message at all either. Nothing happens when I click the print button. There is no action at all nor anyway to engage a printer. The printer button is dead. This message is for Shilpa Setia . Asking the questions that you asked Camille are not helpful at all. When 100 people tell you it's not working, just assume it's not working and go figure it out. It should be easy to recreate on your end.…

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. Requesting you to share some additional details with us and try a troubleshooting step to help you further -

    • Can you please share the PDF URL (if it is not confidential) OR share the exact steps to reproduce the issue?
    • Also, can you please open these browser settings - chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments and check if the following setting for opening PDFs in browser is enabled "Open PDFs in Chrome". If not, please toggle from "Download PDFs" to "Open PDFs in Chrome". Now, please try to open PDFs in the Acrobat Viewer and print again.

    Hoping the above will resolve your issue. Requesting you to please confirm to us by reverting back if your issue is resolved.

  18. I use your product to print labels from Canada Post. It is important to me to copy and paste the reference number which is 16 digits. Recently i can't select the number and copy it and i have to enter it manually with takes time. Please allow to copy text from the preview.

  19. The 'print pdf' function does not work. If a print is required then the document has to be opened in the Desktop app and printed from there.
    I have been unable to find any error message or setting that I can change to get this function working. What it means is that on most occasions the desktop app is necessary so why not just use it anyway.
