  1. billing error

    Last week I changed to a pay per application and then we were billed Invoice 81020533 for $544.39. There were 2 applications that we filled positions with but we had already had those applications prior to our changing to the new plan.

    What is this new $544. charge for now? Please call Theresa or Emily at 860-231-0317. Thank you.

  2. Named destinations don't work

    Named destinations do not work with this extension but do work in native chrome pdf viewer.
    E.g.
    https://server/file.pdf#nameddest=Section_III
    open doc and jump to Section_III named destination location. This occurs in native pdf viewer.
    In this extension, doc is opened top of page 1.

    I am a tax attorney and I use Commerce Clearing House's ProSystem fx Tax software, as do thousands of attorneys and CPA's. I used to be able to do a printing job by specifying what pages in a range of pages I wanted to copy. I can no longer do that, even while using ProSystem! CCH's printing system is much easier to use. When using Adobe (which, apparently, I no longer have any choice in the matter) I have no idea what page of the document I am on now, thanks to Adobe Acrobat. Nor can I tell Adobe what…

  9. Won't let me copy and past options.

  18. Open in SharePoint / Sign Online

    The following functionality would be critical to a more usable product for teams like ours who leverage SharePoint:

    1. Option to open file in Adobe Desktop (without downloading a separate version, which creates version control challenges)

    2. Option to sign PDF online using MS Edge

    3. When installing the extension, it seemed this was available, but I have not found a way to do so.

  19. ctrl+s error in Brave/Chrome

    Error always comes up when I try to "save to" the file using ctrl+s, while clicking the download button immediately saves it to my downloads, which is not the file I want to place it...

  20. How about if you simply put additional features in a drop down menu and get them off the page I land on when I open a PDF? It' clunky
