    I do not like that pdfs open in Google Chrome and no matter what settings I change, pdfs still open in Google Chrome. UGH!

    Unable to utilize Zotero browser extension when opening documents using the Acrobat in Browser, which forces me to download the document and manually add to Zotero. It would be so much easier if Acrobat recognized the Zotero extension to export relevant data.

    How Do I delete the add on that takes me to Acrobat Online? I prefer to use the desktop version. What process do I need to go through to remove opening my pdf's and it going directly to Acrobat Online?

    Hi,

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. Requesting you to share some additional details with us and try a troubleshooting step to help you further -

    • Can you please share the PDF URL (if it is not confidential) OR share the exact steps to reproduce the issue?
    • Also, can you please open these browser settings - chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments and check if the following setting for opening PDFs in browser is enabled "Open PDFs in Chrome". If not, please toggle from "Download PDFs" to "Open PDFs in Chrome". Now, please try to open PDFs in the Acrobat Viewer and print again.

    Hoping the above will resolve your issue. Requesting you to please confirm to us by reverting back if your issue is resolved.

  7. WHy the addres in browser ist not the document http address

    THe fact that the link in the address bar is not directly going to the PDF file is complicate for sharing documents.

    Before, we had only to copy and past the link in the address bar. Today it is one more button to click... Confusing...

  8. Add ability to email PDF from web browser

    A utility I find useful in the desktop app is the ability to email the PDF directly from the app. I cannot od this in a web browser so I actually turn off PDF's opening in web browsers because of this.

  9. Make it easy to open document at page width.

    Document opens so small that you can't read it. If you click window width it's still not even half a wide as it should be.

  10. features limited. no shortcuts, right click menu

    I Need Keyboard shortcuts!!!
    Too many features spreading on all corners.
    very inconvenient to reach
    no right click QUICK menu for ALL features
    only add comments or free draw.

    I want to close left menu on the start. HOW??? I can only do it manually now. :(

  14. dark mode is so common nowadays it makes no sense why acrobat doesn't have it

    It makes no sense why there's not a 2 page view for the extension and also a dark mode would be very nice because my eyes suffer seeing the white at night

  15. Very slow with printing issues.

    This online extension to Acrobat is horrible! It takes a loooong time to to load and lagging printing issues. Allow me to default back to the previous, or scrap this idea completely.
