Poor upgrade experience
Inconsistent shortcuts across multiple machines on the same account - such as ctrl + 2 to zoom... Difficult to access known tools readily available on earlier versions. Even using this forum is not intuitive.

Unable to share comments to a PDF in SharePoint
This may be an Adobe thing or a SharePoint thing.
I generated a review PDF from RoboHelp and posted it to SharePoint.
When I leave a comment, it is not visible to the other reviewers. I am required to save a local copy only.This is very frustrating. I can leave comments on SharePoint documents for other types of files. Is this a SharePoint restriction, an Adobe restriction, or a RoboHelp review process restriction?

It would be nice if there was a way to copy the name of the URL of the actual PDF document without having to strip off the hrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/ gobbledygook.

signature fields

Chrome extension is a fail
I am never more frustrated than when trying to do ANYTHING in Adobe using the Chrome Extension. I could list 1000 ways to make the product better, and very few ways to make it worse. And I usually LOVE Adobe products...I just can't figure out why this one foils progress at every turn.

I have had PDF Element 9 for months, but now can not use it because of your AI pop up ad (which appears to be forcing customers to upgrade in order to remove the pop up. How do I remove the pop up when I start PDF Element 9?
