  1. Questionnaire issue

    Every time I have your questionnaire pop up, it freezes acrobat and I have to restart the computer.

  2. Print issue

    I cannot print after typing into this form. So i have print it off and handwrite this. cannot chare this as it has sensitive and confidential information

  3. Extension is a waste of time

    I am going to disable this extension. It won't let me print with my default printer settings like I could before this extension. I can't edit inside the Extension. Why on earth would I bother with this garbage extension??

  4. Allow selecting text and copy it from a preview

    I use your product to print labels from Canada Post. It is important to me to copy and paste the reference number which is 16 digits. Recently i can't select the number and copy it and i have to enter it manually with takes time. Please allow to copy text from the preview.

  6. Print function does not work

    The 'print pdf' function does not work. If a print is required then the document has to be opened in the Desktop app and printed from there.
    I have been unable to find any error message or setting that I can change to get this function working. What it means is that on most occasions the desktop app is necessary so why not just use it anyway.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. Requesting you to share some additional details with us and try a troubleshooting step to help you further -

    • Can you please share the PDF URL (if it is not confidential) OR share the exact steps to reproduce the issue?
    • Also, can you please open these browser settings - chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments and check if the following setting for opening PDFs in browser is enabled "Open PDFs in Chrome". If not, please toggle from "Download PDFs" to "Open PDFs in Chrome". Now, please try to open PDFs in the Acrobat Viewer and print again.

    Hoping the above will resolve your issue. Requesting you to please confirm to us by reverting back if your issue is resolved.

  11. I hate the online PDF toolbar and will not use this product

    The tool bar you mandate use of in the online version of PDF reader has forced me to abandon Adobe forever. I will never use this product again or until you allow me the decision to have the toolbar or not have it. I will use a competitor's product going forward.

  13. Want optional to close the extension

    I would like to have an option to not use the Adobe extension in the website or browser. It is very inconvenient for me to copy the original link while having an Adobe extension.

    Please conserve the user's screen real estate by minimizing the area needed for controls. Software that is unobtrusive is best; tools should be invisible and Acrobat is a tool. The document is the work and should be given preference for screen real estate.

    Pain in the butt. I have to wait for Adobe to load, printing is slow, and even the URL is too long. I have seen most of the comments in other reviews, but I wanted to mention them all.

    I do not like that pdfs open in Google Chrome and no matter what settings I change, pdfs still open in Google Chrome. UGH!
