  2. When I go to print the form, my typing is removed.

    It won't let me print with the boxes filled in. What do I need to do differently to make this happen?

  17. Paperless fail due to 8.5x14 layout

    I tried a Paperless setting to save you the expense of mailing my statements, but I discovered that I could not print them at home because my printer doesn't print 8.5x14 documents. Most printers these days don't print 8.5x14. If it made me switch back to paperless, there are likely others in the same boat.

    Would you consider changing your layout to a more common size to make paperless more user-friendly?
