  1. Not being able to print happens on every single PDF that it opens. Having one of my URLs is irrelevant. Also, there is no error message at all either. Nothing happens when I click the print button. There is no action at all nor anyway to engage a printer. The printer button is dead. This message is for Shilpa Setia .     Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. Requesting you to share some additional details with us and try a troubleshooting step to help you further -

    • Can you please share the PDF URL (if it is not confidential) OR share the exact steps to reproduce the issue?
    • Also, can you please open these browser settings - chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments and check if the following setting for opening PDFs in browser is enabled "Open PDFs in Chrome". If not, please toggle from "Download PDFs" to "Open PDFs in Chrome". Now, please try to open PDFs in the Acrobat Viewer and print again.

    Hoping the above will resolve your issue. Requesting you to please confirm to us by reverting back if your issue is resolved.

  3. With adobe acrobat extension I cannot share URL with smartphone chrome so I need the option to allow me to reopen PDF within chrome but without extension. There is no option to do that

  6. Embedded link that wraps across two lines is incorrectly parsed by the pdf extension, the dash is removed.

    Within the pdf, there is an embedded link on page 17, the actual link is:

    https://www.quantum.com/en/service-support/downloads-and-firmware/qxs-3-4_g2_12g/

    However, the link wraps across two lines of text:
    https://www.quantum.com/en/service-
    support/downloads-and-firmware/qxs-3-4g212g/

    When you click on the link from the pdf extension in chrome it removes the - between service and support:
    https://www.quantum.com/en/servicesupport/downloads-and-firmware/qxs-3-4_g2_12g/

    Thereby creating an incorrect URL, if we download the PDF and open in the desktop version of Acrobat Reader clicking on the link functions properly.

  7. It is common these days for dogs to have skin tags. You should not panic even after looking at the skin because it is such a disease that it gets cured on its own in a few days. There can be many reasons for getting up to the skin, such as dog's parasite, weakness of the dog's skin, tie rope in place, etc.

  8. The background border of my PDF (not the document itself) is super zoomed in and I don't know what happened. I need to restore the pdf viewing back to its original view. Once again, this is the border with the tools around the document but not the document itself. When I try to zoom in and out it just does that for the document

  13. I am going to disable this extension. It won't let me print with my default printer settings like I could before this extension. I can't edit inside the Extension. Why on earth would I bother with this garbage extension??

  14. I use your product to print labels from Canada Post. It is important to me to copy and paste the reference number which is 16 digits. Recently i can't select the number and copy it and i have to enter it manually with takes time. Please allow to copy text from the preview.

  16. The 'print pdf' function does not work. If a print is required then the document has to be opened in the Desktop app and printed from there.
    I have been unable to find any error message or setting that I can change to get this function working. What it means is that on most occasions the desktop app is necessary so why not just use it anyway.
