“Convert chat to PDF” button missing on ChatGPT
Hello Adobe Support,
The Adobe Acrobat extension’s Convert chat to PDF button is no longer appearing on ChatGPT. It was working correctly until yesterday.
I have verified the following:
- The Adobe Acrobat extension is enabled.
- The extension has permission to operate on ChatGPT.
- Under Preferences → Connected apps → Advanced settings, the ChatGPT option is enabled.
- Reloading the ChatGPT page does not restore the button.
- The extension’s generic Webpage to PDF tool is available, but it captures only the currently visible/latest section of a long conversation instead of the complete conversation.

Incredibly Frustrated
Why am I paying for a service that advertised Pdf to JPEG conversion when it converts each individual as a ZIP? A Zip it NOT a JPEG file. Incredibly frustrating and a major waste of time!

Including attachments broken on PC/outlook.com, works on MacOS.
The Acrobat plugin for new outlook works as expected on my Mac, but not using outlook.com or PC. Email messages are converted to PDF on all 3 platforms mentioned, but the option to include attachments is only working on MacOS. I have tried toggling the option to include attachments and this has not fixed the issue.
