    Fix for this issues is available with Aug 2020 update. Please update to latest release. It should resolve the issue for everyone.

    Hello Mike and everyone who were facing this issue on opening multi-PDF on DFS share .
    Possible fix is available with Aug 2020 update. Please update to latest update released yesterday. It should resolve the issue for everyone.

    Fix is available with Aug 2020 update. Please update to latest update i.e 2020.012.20041. It should resolve the issue.

    Hi kay van Hout,

    Can you please confirm if on opening the PDF in IE using Acrobat Pro, do you observe a yellow bar.
    Basically is protected view enabled for you?

    If yes,
    1) Can you please provide a sample application to us to debug the issue better.
    2) Provide a process monitor logs for the failure scenario.
