Enhanced security breaks printing
Several of our clients who use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC have complained of issues printing PDF's. After troubleshooting the issue we found the cause to be the Enhanced Security option located in Security (Enhanced) in the Preferences. If this option is enabled, disabling it allows our staff to print. We even came to a point where we had to enable it and then disable it to fix printing. This issue seems to have started several weeks ago.

Interesting but more detail would help (e.g. who is it Did this come from opening an email? it looks as if your message was cut short somehow in mid sentence

This seems to be happening to a file that I am trying to download from School, it keeps telling me that the author has blocked printing and both parties clame
