It is not clear what you wanted to do. You can terminate Acrobat on an iOS device the same way you terminate any other app. You do not need your Adobe Cloud password to terminate Acrobat. -

It looks like PDF you are trying to open is protected (encrypted). In order to open it you need to get the password from the person you received this PDF from.
Keep in mind that in iOS Acrobat DC you cannot make any changes to the protected PDFs. -

Do you get any message from Acrobat with the reason it did not open your document? If you did, please, tell us what it was.
Were you able to open the same PDF documents with February 2019 release?
Are you able to open the same PDF documents with desktop Acrobat DC?
iOS Acrobat does not yet capable of opening some complicated PDF documents.

if you saved your files in Document Cloud you can retrieve them when you sign in to the same account regardless from which device. If you deleted your files from Document Cloud, they are gone.
If you want to retrieve files from different sources, please, specify which sources you have in mind. -

Which device do you use: iPhone, iPad and which model?
Which version of Acrobat do you use? You can find the Acrobat version by tapping on the second from the right icon (person) in the top right corner of the Acrobat’s ‘Home’ screen and then tapping ‘About Adobe Acrobat’.
Are you using Acrobat to download files?
What are you trying to download, what kind of files? From what source: Document Cloud?
What do you mean by "Keep on loading for a week"? Do you try to download many times over the last week? Does the download take too long? Or does download keep going without finishing?
Thank you. -

What type of files you download from Document Cloud when you lose lines at the end: plain text files?
If you download the same file several times do you always lose the same number of lines at each download?
If you download different files do you lose lines at the end on all of them? The same number of missing lines on different files or different files show different number of missing lines?
How did you upload these files to the Document Cloud? Which app did you use and on which device?
Can you download the same file in a browser by going to https://documentcloud.adobe.com, logging in and performing the same actions? In this case do you also get missing lines at the end of the downloaded files? If you do then is the number of missing lines the same as when you download them on your device?
Thank you.
