Is there a way to select multiple items/pictures while using this on my iPad Pro? So I can move them all together instead of one at a time

It is not clear which files you are trying to move and where and in which screen. Do you mean files in the 'Recent' list on the 'Home' screen?
Please provide more detailed description of what you want to accomplish.
