Crashing
My iPad is up to date and so is my Adobe Reader app and it crashes as soon as I attempt to open the app. It will not do anything.

Have updated the app and it still closes as soon as I open it.

I have the same issue. When I try to open the app, it starts to open and then closes. I can not access anything at all. This has been going on for about two weeks now.

Which device do you use: iPhone, iPad and which model?
Which version of Acrobat do you use? You can find the Acrobat version by tapping on the second from the right icon (person) in the top right corner of the Acrobat’s ‘Home’ screen and then tapping ‘About Adobe Acrobat’.
Are you using Acrobat to download files?
What are you trying to download, what kind of files? From what source: Document Cloud?
What do you mean by "Keep on loading for a week"? Do you try to download many times over the last week? Does the download take too long? Or does download keep going without finishing?

iOS 12.1.4 it shuts down immediately after opening! I tried reinstalling and same happens over and over. Cannot get to anything! Please fix!
