    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Were you able to remove the button through the Registry setting mentioned below? Or is the button still visible?

    Regards,

    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching to us. Can you let us know the Acrobat Reader build version where you are facing this? It can be checked via Top Menu>Help>About Acrobat Reader DC

    Also, to re-ensure, can you check if this registry is set to 1 in your system?

    HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem
    LongPathsEnabled=1

    Let us know your finding.

    Thanks
    Shreya

    This feature of displaying "File Name" by default as document title irrespective of Initial View setting can be turned off with this setting:

    In Acrobat/Reader application's Edit in top menu>Preferences> Go to Documents Category from Left side panel> Uncheck "Always Use filename as document title"> Click OK button.

    With this option unchecked, whatever setting done in Initial View will be reflected as the title of that document.

    Can you send a video showing the same behaviour and also mention the build you are using. The complete vertical bar on left side should be clickable which opens the window having Thumbnails, Bookmarks and Attachments
