  1. Some bright person though it would be cool to hide 95% of Acrobat's functionality outside of the main application menu structure. This is stupid and annoying. It should be put back so that I can use the application like an application rather than like a game where I have to solve the puzzle of finding which buried panel contains the menu or button to bring up any desired action.

  2. Maybe it's a setting change I need to make but every time I exit out of a document I'm asked if I want to save the changes. I don't have the ability to change anything in the free version so this seems irrelevant.

  3. Please bring back highlight, copy as a table, paste!

In DC you have to highlight, export selection as, save exported info, open file of exported info, highlight exported info, copy and paste.

What a colossal waste of time!!!!

  4. How to disable all the sharing **** on the right side of the toolbar so it isn't there anymore and the much needed real estate (since you ruined the UI back around Acrobat IX or X).

  5. The header of my Adobe is all whited out and I cannot click on anything or see what to click on. Even the minimize and exit don't allow me to click on them and if I do they close the application behind adobe. Are you aware of this issue?

  6. When I first snap the window to the side it fills half the screen perfectly just how it's supposed to, but after opening and closing some pdf's I start to notice that the window is no longer a snug fit to the sides and I have to re-snap it again. It just seems that over time the window shrinks a tad.

  7. Adobe Scan app advert pops open every time I open a new set of files. I was working on combining many file groups all afternoon and had to stop and close your advertising 6-8 times. The worst part is that I downloaded the app after the first time, so it is unnecessary in every way as well as annoying and a waste of my time.

  8. It would be helpful to be able to easily edit the file name and location in the title bar as PDF Expert (Mac) does.

  9. When Use the "Find" function, the words no longer highlight. They just become a Very subtle rainbow color. Same thing if I try to actually use the highlighter tool. It's really hard to determined what I've highlighted, because it doesn't visually reverse the colors as I select the words. Only once I release the mouse does the highlight appear and I can see I if have highlighted things correctly.

This happens both in DC 2018 as well as DC 2019. It started a couple of weeks ago.

  11. The tools option for Adobe Pro causes application to crash. I have downloaded latest version of Adobe Pro and it is still crashing. Running on Macintosh High Sierra operating system which is up to date as well.

  12. Very displeased with this DC version but the biggest issue is that sections of pages constantly highlight when trying to pan, drag text, select text, pretty much anytime you left click anywhere on the document. This really sucks!

In general, you software has gotten less useful with every update for the last 5 years. Who thinks these "improvements" are needed?

Please provide options and direction to turn specific or global functions on or off.

  14. All other software have movable rulers, it is handy to be able to adjust your starting point when checking positions of elements.

  15. Why does Adobe go out of its way to make Adobe Acrobat so hard to use? It is not well organized with tools and commands spread everywhere on the screen. Worse, there seems to be zero logic as to how it is organized--except that it appears to be in the most confusing way possible. So frustrating.

  16. It would be helpful if the layout grid could be made transparent under Preferences>Units & Guides>Layout Grid. It's a very useful feature but occasionally it aligns with important elements like negative signs and hides them. Ideally the opacity would be an adjustable %, but a checkbox that toggles some set amount would work too.

  17. You use the same round arrow button images for CW & CCW Rotate View -and- Rotate Page! There's a big difference! Please put forth the effort to make them distinguishable! And where is the delete pages command? Lots of wasted space, hard to find commands - Very poor execution

  18. I am unable to jump between different single page display views in Acrobat DC. I am unable to go back to Single Page View when I select Single Page-Enable Scrolling. Workaround is to select two-page view first and then it will allow me to switch back to single page view. I checked on a few different computers with Acrobat DC with the same reproducible bug.

  19. Size indication has gone - I want it back
It is essential that I know at a glance what size I am viewing the document - partly so I know what i am looking at and so I can see how it displays at a particular size so I can define what size I want it to open for my audience (regardless of their default settings)
I assume that Adobe have kept the function but hidden it from me and I really don't feel inclined to waste some hours searching for a basic indicator that was there yesterday and gone…

  20. Make Adobe DC a PROFESSIONAL program. It looks like a kindergarten playground. and behaves like I'm a 6 year old. I am offended.
