Bookmarks do not get saved in the pdf and get lost between cloud and device
Highlights do get exported from a pdf I have in the device when I upload it in the cloud. They are there also when I'm working on a cloud document and I save a copy on the device.
This is not so with bookmarks.
Bookmarks disappear from the pdf when I save a copy from the cloud on the device (resulting in the local copy NOT having them, and the cloud pdf still having them) and the same happens when I upload the pdf with bookmarks from the device to the cloud (the cloud pdf just uploaded doesn't have the…

Synchronize e-signature between all devices. It's easier to sign over my ipad or S23 Ultra using the pencil than using the mouse on my laptop.
I seem to have an issue sending saved copy between devices just to fill and sign a form or a contract.

Acrobat for several years
I have been using Acrobat for several years now, and I have to say that it continues to impress me with its functionality and ease of use. I recently needed to convert several PDFs into editable formats for my work, and Acrobat handled the task flawlessly. The OCR feature has been particularly helpful in ensuring accuracy. Bookmarks - Table of Contents Window
Can you, please, raise the Bookmarks and Table of Contents window when in landscape mode? The window is too low and it's difficult to browse (especially through the chapter numbers). I put the phone on the table in landscape mode when I read and I have to rotate it almost every time in the portrait mode when I wish to search for chapter numbers. Thank you.
