Adobe DC Pro on Android platform

s very strange that Adobe is not developing an Android platform for Adobe DC pro to make it possible for us, your customers, to edit, change and create PDFs on our android tabletts, not just on usual PC and Mac desktop as it is now. It´s 2019. actually and more and more people are travelling with their Pads or Tabletts without their PCs or Mac´s . cannot display PDF (GETSTATEMENTPDF Cannot be opened)
EVERY time I try and view a pdf file/statement from my bank or other accounts I am unable to open them with my Android/LG smart phone. FRUSTRATING to say the least. I can open downloaded pdf files but I can't always download them. Is this a permissions issue or a setting I can change?

Document cloud re downloads PDF
When I upload PDF especially a book to document cloud it re downloads it every time .other apps have a option of make the file available offline and only the changes like highlights etc get synchronized across devices .please have a look at how evernote does it .
Let's say I highlighted something in a file on document cloud in iPad and then I have to open it on Android ,then it should automatically sync the changes rather then redownload the while file or even upload the whole file from iPad .and both the files in iPad and Android should…

I am subscribed to Acrobat Pro DC, as well as Adobe Export PDF and Adobe PDF Pack. Do I really need all 3 subscriptions, or will Acrobat Pro DC cover it?

.pdf QR code problem
App Adobe Acrobat v. 19.3.0.9016 under Android 9 on Samsung Galaxy S10e has problem with scaling QR codes in pdf files. While in "continous" mode, and trying to enlarge image of QR code, it comes out blurred, not sharp enough for QR reader. Attached problematic files and printscreen of problem itself. While opening the same file with pdf reader from Google problem does not occur, also attached.

When i try to open a digitally signed Electronic pdf form on my Android device, the pdf form does not open.

I'm a creative cloud member, adobe reader ask me to share my own personal content if I want to use it on my tablet. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!! As I refuse, I can't use the application. You don't have to get an access to my photos or personal content. Stop that ! I will have to use another application

Some PDF links will not open
Some PDF links on the internet return an error:
"The file could not be downloaded please save the file to your local storage and then try to open it"
This happens on the mobile version of Firefox which always opens Adobe acrobat by default with no option just to download the pdf file. This isn't an issue with Firefox because if Adobe is uninstalled the PDF is downloaded with no issues what so ever.This bug occurs on my universities website when trying to download PDFs for lectures and the such so it's behind a login wall. Creates unknown pdf files on device
Have just installed adobe acrobat on android - Galaxy S4 phone. When opened it created numerous password locked filess, shown as on my device, named page1 etc. I cannot find the folder containing these files. I am concerned it has converted other files on my phone to pdfs. Why is there no folder location shown for pdfs?

TalkBack selection does not appear around the paragraph
TalkBack selection doesn’t appear over the paragraph being read. This happens on Samsung Galaxy S10e. This leads to disturbances while reading especially for the people with low vision who both sees and uses TalkBack to listen. Please refer the screenshot attached.
Please fix this at the earliest. Your software supports Accessibility features in a very efficient way. It will be appreciated if the bugs are fixed at the earliest.

Add ocr function as free to use option on Adobe Acrobat
It would be nice to integrate ocr function inside the Adobe Acrobat app. Using Adobe scan for that function just doesn't feel right. It would be great if I could just be able to extract text and (if possible) recognise handwriting from PDF directly on the main app.

Can't rename document titles when sharing externally
Running Android 8.0 on a Galaxy S8. After installing new update to rear, and go to share to Google drive. I can no longer rename the document title before uploading to Google drive. This was a function in all previous versions of Reader.
