Templates not Working
Hello,
I am extremely frustrated with Adobe after the recent update. My templates won't load and it won't let me upload new versions of those files. I need to get forms out to a client and have wasted so much time trying to get Adobe to work.1 voteHi,

Every time I try to request E-signatures, the screen freezes.
Every time I try to Request and e-signature, the program freezes. Other tools seem to be working.

E-sign Doesn't Open Template Properly
The new E-sign interface isn't opening the template properly and as such I need to reedit the entire document. The fields assigned to the recipients are all wrong and the size of boxes are incorrect as well as the names of those field. It's kind of a mess. I check the template again and everything is fine on that end.

Does not let me download my file after I have signed the pdf. Says the document is still loading, while it has loaded the entire thing
How do I download the document after signing it? It says the document is still loading. I have tried refreshing the page, and it still does not work.

System überschreibt meine bereits ausgefüllten Formularfelder
Vorbereitete Dokumente werden von dem System willkürlich verändert. Werte überschrieben. Als wenn das System mein alles was auf dem einen Formular steht muss auch so auf dem anderen stehen.
Geht gar nicht.
Ich habe die Dokumente so hochgeladen wie sie auch bleiben sollen und es stehen plötzlich andere Sachen in den Feldern.
Er darf doch bereits beschriebene Formularfelder nicht einfach bearbeiten wie er will.
Die Vorherige Version war wesentlich besser.
Ich komme mit der neuen nicht klar.

adobe is getting worse
E-sign is unusable when trying to sign your own documents. the process has changed several times in the last few weeks and each update has made the process so much worse.
and why can't we sign our own documents from within adobe desktop? so stupid.
my ability to edit, combine/organize docs has been lost on adobe desktop. the tools are just gone. the apps online suck to use and constantly glitch. the experience must improve.

Need to be able to download individual docs in a signed binder.
I don't like that it combines all the documents into one binder when I send a packet out to be e-signed. I can no longer download the completed documents as separate documents which is incredibly important because there is sensitive information on some of the documents so I don't want to save those with the other documents. By keeping them all as one "binder" I am forced to either save them all together OR print the pages I want and scan/save just those. That is a time-consuming and unnecessary step that also ends up costing money in supplies.

Adobe update
Hi, the new update is horrible. Can we please go back to the feature where we can download signed documents individually? Had we wanted a singular documents we would upload a singular document. Please advise.

Dropping multiple documents in to be signed - bring back functionality
Bring back the old e-sign functionality. There's no way to combine 2 documents anymore, or a document with one of your templates.
How do we toggle back? This is ruining our workflow.

With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.
If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
1. Click on your profile icon.
2. Select "Settings".
3. In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Just doesn't work
Recently this service has been terrible. We use Adobe to send contracts for our business and it has been problem after problem. Documents aren't sending, having trouble saving documents, a client wasn't able to sign a contract yesterday, and the software is often not responding. It worked great before, but something is not right now.

E-Signature Update is not working properly
The latest update is not working properly. The e-signature fields are not where we are placing them in the documents and our clients are not able to sign properl;y.

You broke the usefulness of your platform by no longer allowing multiple e-sign templates
You broke the ability to send multiple e-sign templates WITHOUT warning & in the middle of a month. We have used your platform in this manner for 5+ years.
This is insanely disruptive & a horrendous decision. You destroyed the flexibility of the platform.
How in the world is this a good business decision?
We will be moving to an alternative platform, good bye Adobe.

Text fields converted to single line.
Created a multi-line text field in Acrobat, but when sent out for eSignatures it always converts the text fields to single line of text. This is super annoying.

Fix your terrible new template system.
You have RUINED my perfectly working templates!
I had perfectly designed templates working exactly the way I needed them to, but your "New and Improved" system is super buggy and doesn't recognize who is assigned to what field and creates garbled text on the forms.

e-signature dashboard
There really should be an option to sort by 'status' It is difficult to find unsigned agreements. I would love to see a filter also. Please see attached picture for details.

Needs a lot of improvement.
The search tab needs to be revised because I input what I need to search, down to the exact file name and a million other documents appear first before the one I need. Also not sure why they took down the "apply to other pages" for the signature tab because now I have to manually add it to my 20-page contracts which is a hassle and annoying. This interface needs to improve drastically.

Also, if you right click the field you want to apply to other pages, you will se a menu with options like in the image attached where the fourth option is Repeat field on all pages

Very difficult.
Its way to hard to log in with texts and numbers and other verifications. Took me 15 minutes. Only to find Im on trial. Im not on trial I pay my fees and this happens every time. Its the worst software I have used.
