For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Adobe acrobat is not able to open any documents for me to sign, in both the desktop and browser version. It uploads half way and then gets stuck and never moves. Very frustrating.

  3. I would love to have phone number and all address fields to be able to have it populated that same way it does for signature or name where it tells you what it is but also allow for checking stadarization ex: zip code is 5 numbers..

    The areas I underlined in the texts I opened via Adobe Acrobat disappear. I tried every way to do this. I did ctrl + s and saved the underlined areas. The underlined areas in the text disappeared again. I uploaded the text to my account and opened it. It disappeared again.

  7. It would be nice if you could assign the signature order to multiple people. For example, if I am sending out a lease I want all of the tenants to sign in either order. After all of the tenants sign then I want to lease to be sent to the landlord for signature. Docusign has a feature that allows for this.

  8. your website navigation is just horrendous. my god, it takes 10 minutes to figure out how to get to my templates for esign. jesus christ, this is EVERY SINGLE TIME. i don't come here everyday, so its a nightmare trying to navigate past all the ******** you try to get me to download or buy. just take me to my **** and stop changing where the links are. do better, you charge enough **** money you should give two ***** about your customers time and convenience

    We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:

    1.  Click on your profile icon.

    2.  Select "Settings".

    3.  In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  10. Extremely unfriendly software. I've always used DocuSign to sign documents and my experience has been seamless. Wasted so much time trying to e-sign with Adobe and still not able to.

  11. your e-sign is so sketchy. people have an amazingly difficult time finishing these documents we send. either they can't finalize because they've finished all the fields, and adobe doesn't recognize that they have, or they don't finish.
    What we desperately need is for adobe to allow us to see the progress. This is a basic feature implemented by other e-sign products like dochub for instance.
    If we had ability to download 98% completed document, we could work with it. not seeing any progress until your broke finalization process is a deal breaker

  13. Application is ok, but it has trouble with textboxes containing characters such as č, ć or š. Textboxes containing such characters disappear when document is exported to pdf.

  15. The e-signature thing has been glitchy. Today it started blacking out the panel for signature options after I added some signature info. If I save the doc and reopen the doc I can send.

  16. I tend to use the app as default. When trying to request an e-signature, I get as far as selecting what I want the recipient to sign and then the left-side box goes black. This is where you would ordinarily finalise and send the document - which I now can't due to the random black boxes appearing.

    Would much appreciate it if this was resolved.

  18. Stop it with making everything a cloud-based experience. It's lame and fails the user experience. It is not well-featured, and is not easy to use, and flat out doesn't work for saving files locally, for editing/fill&sign flow and ease of use, nor exporting PDFs. Get rid of the cloud **** and bring back a real app on a real hard drive. Your old app for acrobat pro was just fine. Then you had to make it "all online" and break it. I cannot even download PDF files anymore, the button doesn't work for "download".

  19. Everytime I send out an e signature request I get an email saying document was undeliverable, then a few minutes later I get an email confirming document has gone out for delivery. Please find attached screenshot of undeliverable msg.

  20. E-sign templates aren't working properly. The window says the document is not sent but when I look at my email it looks like it was sent out. This has caused duplicates to be sent out.
