For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Allow changes to signers on the set-up for web forms. If someone from an organization needs to sign something and then leaves that organization, there is no way to change who should sign unless you change it with every new agreement that comes in or to completely start over creating a template.

    We are sorry that you are having trouble with this feature. Could you provide more information about this issue? For example the steps that you do to reproduce this issue or any other information that you deem important. We do support editing an active web form, for any changes you need to open the web form from Acrobat web and in the panel under actions you can select Edit Web form. If this doesn't resolve your issue, please give us more information.

  3. I am no longer receiving emails when documents are e-signed. All my notifications settings are set to send emails, but as of recently those have stopped. I won't be able to keep using this service if I am not properly notified when docs are signed.

    We are sorry that you are having trouble with this feature, could you provide more information about your problem? Since when have you stop getting the emails?  if you don't have them in your junk email? and any other information you deem relevant.

    You can also check the status of your agreements in Acrobat web, in Documents under Agreements or you can search for it

  5. Need help with agreement templates - when attempting to use them, instead of loading it errors out. This happens frequently since the Adobe update/change to Adobe Acrobat.

  7. Not cool, Adobe. Now that you've done that annoying account migration, it seems you've eliminated the free Adobe Sign accounts, although when I click on my account, it claims I still have access to send and sign documents.

    It allowed me to send one and now when I select a document to upload to get signed, it doesn't go any further because a popup comes up trying to force me to upgrade to something I don't want.

    I originally was grandfathered on the 10 free contracts a month plan, then you took that away and downgraded me to 5. Then…

  8. hi there,

    currently one of our user encourting E sign access issue to solve this i contacting several times to help desk later my call us been transfer to business support team but no one is responding even if i stayed in the line for 20 minutes.

    its a poor service what i faced today.

  10. Why can I not the e-signature to work? I have used this several times and now all of a sudden it will not work. I have uninstalled adobe and reinstalled and still not working.

    Could you provide more details about this? Do you mean that after you put your signature in the file it cannot be saved? Or you cannot save a copy? Also could you provide a screenshot if there's a error message?

  13. Cannot open signed Adobe Sign documents. It is telling the file is corrupt for every document in the account. This is not correct and is clearly an error within the Adobe system. It just started happening this week.

    Could you provide more details on how/where you opened the Adobe Sign documents, as well as the name of one of such documents and when it's signed so we can look into it? 

    It'd also be helpful if you could provide us a screenshot of the error.

  15. I used to have a whole bunch of options when I wanted to send a document for e-signature. Now, it doesn't give me any options, and it doesn't do what I want! I can't change the message like I used to, I can't add more receipients like I used to, I can't say that I've already created my signature fields like I used to. Document signing has always been frustrating, because the options change every single time, but now it is REALLY frustrating!

  16. I sign a document and immediately it is sent to Adobe servers without my permission, so I have to come to the Adobe site to search for and delete the file... then... return to Adobe Acrobat and save the file to my computer. I have a lot of documents I have to sign and this rigamarole is a pain in the a**. I did not ask to have anything saved to Adobe's website and frankly it's also an invasion of privacy by hijacking my documents instead of saving them like the app should.

  17. What a disastrous way to sign in ending up in a loop despite putting in correct code, having the auth app etc. Looking at Docusign now instead and cancelling Adobe completely.
