hi there,

currently one of our user encourting E sign access issue to solve this i contacting several times to help desk later my call us been transfer to business support team but no one is responding even if i stayed in the line for 20 minutes.

its a poor service what i faced today.

    Thanks for reporting the issue here. I am sorry that the help desk did not work out. We can help you via User Voice. Please let us know the detail steps to run into the E Sign problem. A screenshot and sample test files are very helpful.
