For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. THIS IS HORRIBLE!! the new updates that you made to esign are TERRIBLE it makes it almost impossible to use. I have been sending all of my contracts with adobe for the last 4 years for my business and now I am about to look for a new product. Why did you change this? it was great the way it was.

  2. For Adobe Sign
    When creating a document to sign you cannot edit recipients after the initial stage. This has been a problem in our firm when we realize an additional signer is needed. We need to start from scratch when this happens which is a huge inconvenience.

    We are sorry you're having troubles with our updates, and we will look into this. If it's possible, could you please provide more details on the problems you're experiencing? For example how long have you been seeing this issue, the files you're using, or the steps you're following. In order to add recipients while you already started to prepare the document, while on Modern E-Sign, on Left Hand Panel, at the top of it, click on EDIT, the Recipient Modal will be displayed and you'll be able to add more recipients. 

    Hopefully this information helps you. Let us know if you still have troubles.

  4. How can you improve? REVERT TO LEGACY FOR THE ENTIRE PROGRAM.
    The update is horrible - it is no longer intuitive, and SEVERAL functions I used frequently are no longer available. The Help just flatly doesn't help at all. Some of the "improvements" (seriously? moving things from one side of the screen to the other?) were obviously poorly thought out.
    Have I made it clear enough that I don't like the new version? If not, on a scale of 1-10, it gets a big fat ZERO.
    PLEASE REVERT TO THE ORIGINAL VERSION, OR AT LEAST PROVIDE A WAY FOR USERS…

  5. This newest update is HORRIBLE. The fields move all over the document after you fill it. It is not acceptable as it looks unprofessional.

  7. The IRS requires that we password protect documents that are sent for signature. If this is no longer a feature that is going to be offered, please let us know as we will have to look for another company that can comply with this requirement.

    Hi Kimberly,

    Thank you for letting us know your concern on this topic. However, current version of the app does support password protection for documents sent for signing.

    In a normal "Send for signature" workflow, user can add password verification for any recipient involved in the agreement by following next steps:

    1. Select the file which will be sent for signature and start "Request e-signatures" workflow as usual.
    2. Once in "Request e-signatures" view, add any fields required
    3. Click on "Review and Send"
    4. Once in the "Review and Send" view, on the right side, you will see the list of recipients and a three-dot button for each of them.
    5. Click the three-dot button and you will see the "Add password verification" option displayed
    6. If you click on it, an input field would appear, allowing you to add a password to that specific recipient.

  12. signature request documents showed up when I first loaded the page. They then disappeared and no longer show up before I did anything, and I can no longer see them unless I directly access them by the original URL sent to me. These should show up in my dashboard!

    1. This template contract doesn't work anymore after some update you rolled out. When I press E-Sign, nothing happens. I have sent this template many times before without issues.

    2. I don't see any of the fields I had prepared.

    3. Some pages are squashed and stretched and look ugly now.

  15. Your program doesn't work!!! I tried in legacy, I tried in the new version I just keep getting errors. I have used your program for many years and now I am going to look elsewhere. This is ridiculous. It is overwriting all of my pdfs and thinking I want the signer to fill in every field. It is trying to do too much now. And it doesn't work to turn off the advanced editing.
