Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Moving and resizing images is so tedious! I am using this as a free trial and there is no way I would pay for this software.

  4. Online Adobe Acrobat Documents. Good improvements, but convoluted. How come I can't delete with an icon DIRECTLY visible? Why when making a edit of an Adobe Scan PDF does it save it in 'Your Documents'??? I don't want more DUPLICATES. Can be stressful when getting work DONE.

  11. Your new version is messing up with my documents.
    I input "1" but the downloaded file shows "4"
    And this is not the only case.
    I have had to redo so many times to get the correct docs.

  16. the Adobe pdf stopped suddenly while reading and when I reopen it mentioned it is closed abruptly and given the option to restore but when I pressed on I was not able to find my edited file aand I lost all my work in the documents and this happed twice

  17. ******* Terrible software to use. it has caused me nothing but problems with just the smallest of task. I wish WISH I could go back in-time and stop myself from making the mistake of using this software and save myself the money and all the headaches. I have gotten from using this software. In my opinion get a different software program save yourself before its to late. Customer support won't be able to help more than telling the same thing you are tying.

  19. The Highlighter function was invaluable to my work on PDF's but it's disappeared, is not included in the list of editing tools at all. Why would you do this? Can we get it back?

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Reg the highlight tools, it's available in comments section. At the right side of PDF, there's an option "Comment". It has two sub options viz. Add Text and Add Comment . On clicking either of the options, it will take you to Add Comment page, where highlight is available at top bar to use. 


    Can you please try out and let us know, if you are refering to the same tool?

  20. Desktop Adobe Acrobat Pro shown in All Tools tab, clicking it installs CC and DC Reader, but NOT Acrobat Pro. When attempting to make any edits to a PDF, everything points back to making edits on the web, which is not what I want to do.
    Adobe, I know you love money...but make your applications possible (and even simple) to use offline, you don't need our data/documents as well as our money.

    Thanks for providing feedback. Can you please attach a screenshot for further investigating? On clicking install acrobat Pro should allow user to install Pro desktop rather reader DC.
