Renewed membership yesterday but was charged 3 times instead of once. I believe this occurred because I my account kept showing expired
I believe this problem occurred because I repeatedly opened a doc as a pdf and each time it showed my account expired. As a result. It appears I made 3 payments instead of the single renewal fee. If that the case can the additional charges be refunded. Thank you. I’ve had this problem on prior occasions as well.

Sharing written remarks
I use iKlip Stage application and In last versions of AR I can not share my remarks with it. Before it was possible when I use “sdílet vyrovnanou kopii “ in czech language . Now I cannot find some method for it .

upper bar showing automatically during scrolling up

First of all, I would like to thank you for your permanent efforts to bring to us new useful features!.
Secondly, I want to share with you my feedback regarding Adobe Reader app, which I’m using on Iphone 6s.
I noticed that after your last upgrade when I scroll upwards automatically the upper bar shows up (the bar containing the search tool, view settings..). It’s really annoying that every time I scroll up this bar shows and hides the upper part of the page I’m reading (the screen isn’t big anyway..). In previous versions this wasn’t the situation; I…6 votesHi – We fixed this in a recent update. You can now use the tap gesture to show / hide the chrome and there is no auto-hiding. No longer able to create folders
With the new update, which is less user friendly in my opinion, I can no longer create folders and group PDFs in that folder. I was able to do this previously, before the update. If there’s still a way to do this, please inform me.

Reader Extended Docs - Unable to draw
Prior to latest update we were able to use the drawing tools on documents that were saved as "Reader Extended PDF's." After this update we do not have the blue comment icon on the documents when viewed on iPhones. If the document is not saved as reader extended, the icon is there and functioning.

To turn a document to PDF, you could use our ‘Create PDF’ feature. You can find it under context board (…) right next to document name, and you can also find it when your document is open. Let me know if you can’t find it.
Similarly if you open that (…) context board, you will see ‘Share’ button too to share via email.Thanks,
