I used to have a drawing tool. Can’t access anymore?!

I can’t fill, sign or draw anything.
How can I get the drawing tool back?

Hi,

To access the Commenting or Fill & Sign tool

1. Open a PDF document.
2. Tap the blue button with pencil icon at the bottom-right corner.
3. Select "Comment" or "Fill & Sign".

Please see the attached screenshots: Step 2.png, Step 3.png

If a PDF document is encrypted or has document permissions to disallow "editing", the blue button and the tools will not be available to make any changes.
