It is different from old version acrobat and difficult to use this app. Reading mode is not always easy. Scanned document could not be able to view easily. While reading doc after 30 sec /1min it will dimming and locked. Please improve in next version look like old version reading mode

I have set Brightness Lock to on in the settings menu.
It doesn't seem to help with my schematics that open correctly then suddenly blur/lighten up to almost unusable! WTF?

"Please add 'Brightness Lock' to app. Not to dim while reading."

Acrobat Reader for iOS has the menu item called "Reading Mode" in View Settings. Please see the attached screenshot.

However, Reading Mode is not the same thing as "Brightness Lock".

Acrobat Reader for iOS does not support Brightness Lock to prevent the screen from dimming.
