My Subscription

Hello,

I just subscribed to one of your app packages and the option is not unblocked.

I am trying to combine my files and it bring me back to subscription page. Then it says that I am already subscribed.

Can you please help me fixe this problem.

I have checked your account and unable to find any subscription listed there.
Would you please let us know the Adobe service you have purchased and from where?
