Request for payment won’t go away
I paid 69.99 for PDF pack for and 23.99 for PDF export, but I still CANNOT ACCESS FEATURES SUCH AS COMBINE FILES.
The app keeps asking me to pay again. I press the pay again option and get message that I have already subscribed. I can’t get out of this error loop! The blue star next to “combine files” won’t go away. I just cancelled export to see if it would help - nope.

Hello,
I have checked your account and it shows that the payment for the PDF pack service is in past due mode. That seems to be the reason you are not able to access the service.
